Maybe it would make sense to expose all the Add and Modify functions as
separate top buttons, and do away with the hidden buttons.
If this part of the screen could remain on show while the list of members
scrolls, that would work better for large PMCs.
BTW, it's not obvious what selecting an entry and clicking Modify/Remove from
project does. Is it the same as clicking the blank space and then 'Remove as
committer and from PMC'? Do they both update CI?
