I've added a "Remove from PMC only" button to the modify dialog:

FWIW, at this point, I don't believe that the typical user of this tool has any
appreciable understanding of committee-info.txt or LDAP or why or when they can
be different, what those differences might mean, and what to do about it when
there are differences.
