Agreed, 1-2 people shouldn't really stop a meeting taking place, as we could potentially be waiting until around Christmas time, as long as the people that missed the first can attend the second, seems fine to me.
So just to revive this thread a little, is the 9th an okay date for most? Would be nice to have it set in stone sooner rather than on the day.
