Right, this is basically what I was trying to say here. I think it's
all well and good that the proposal has plenty of support, but the
fact of the matter is that the Workstation WG is the set of people who
will be stuck with maintaining it long-term, so I'd prefer that they
at least get to say "Sure, let's do it", or "No way in Hell can we
handle that".
