While it is clearly not as performant as real
hardware[0], I have had an available s390x
qemu emulated virtual machine running for
years (I just upgraded it to f44 last week).

I no longer have the same need to test
obscure s390x issues that I once had, but
it did come in handy at the time, and I
have kept it around just in case that
need reoccurs.



[0] And there are certainly artifacts with
an emulated system that one would not
experience with an actual s390x, but it
mostly works.
