It's a know ( and documented both in guidelines and release notes I believe ) nuance that if you upgrade between releases when the migration takes places ( legacy sysv initscript used in F15 native systemd unit introduced in F16 ) that you will need to enable/disable the relevant service again.

This has caught some administrators by surprise and several bugs filed against relevant components ( either the service or systemd ) because of it thus I personally was a bit worried that users would have to go through all of that again which Lennart has pointed out will not happen.
