Working one: "19 930 V 4848"
Non-working one: "19 634 V 4848"

I haven't checked that the non-working one is indeed the 4.5V version,
that's just a nice theory.

So what differs is the datecode (930 vs 634); it seems the working part
was manufactured in 2009 and the non-working one in 2006.
