Minor grammatical quibbles:
The 'Emotionally charged language' clause has no closing punctuation.
'Who the bad actor was' should maybe be tweaked to allow for plural
actors?
Slightly larger quibble: The 'Emotionally charged language' clause is
phrased as a brief sentence with a long parenthetical example, while other
clauses in that section use multiple full sentences to explain their
points. Maybe something like 'Emotionally charged language (including
swearing and harsh, non-specific feedback). Instead, seek to use concrete
descriptions with less emotional weight (e.g. "This can cause the kernel to
panic on boot" instead of "this is super [expletive] broken").' Just my
take, not a big deal.
