The problem with with the proposal with Pierre is that he wants to define all kind of guidelines
Actually, these guidelines already exist. I am not defining anything, I am proposing to relax some of the rules.
I will not agree to opening up the CVS Head at this moment for everyone to check in whatever he likes, as I don't believe self-regulation will work at this moment.
