I would like to give the benefit of the doubt also, however, I've
just found another one.   Just like the first example, it says the
date received was Oct. 28, and approved on Oct. 29.

I find this disturbing, even though I did not have anyone asking to
put through domains under the 'old' rules after the supposed cut
off date.  It appears they said one thing....but in fact were
making exceptions.  The whole situation is already confusing enough
to most people, but if everyone doesn't follow the same rules, it's
all the more difficult.
