No... Well sort of...

Lets say I want to register somedomain.ca, but I realize that a few other
people may have applied as well, so I may or may not get it through the
Advance Registration process.   So I go to CDNNET and apply for it, get
approved, preregister it, I have now effectively prevented anyone else who
may have done an advance registration on the domain.  Is this fair?  Well,
not really, since the CDNNET website indicated that they were no longer
accepting registrations, as of 27-Oct-00 I believe?

Just my two cents on the matter.
