I disagree. The group would have significant power - even in the
representation of RSP before OpenSRS management. ICANN may refuse to
listen - but eventually the momentum will force them to listen.
Imagine if the RSP's co-oprdinated andeach sent a complaint letter to the
senate and house of reps and the department of commerce.
Remember - ICANN is irrelevant - they are subcontractor of the US
government and nothing more then that.
