It's a problem with your nameserver.  Check your syslog to find out
what the error is.

Your domain is in the root zone, delegated to your nameservers, but
your nameservers are not answering.  This is either a problem in your
dns zone for that domain, or an error in your named.conf file that is
preventing that zone (and possibly more) from being loaded.  Most
likely it is a problem in the zone itself.
