Thanks for all your responses.. The thing I forgot to mention is this.. The
only thing that is different here from the rest of my domains that are all
working fine is this.. All other domains are running using this for DNS:
WASUP.MUCHOWEB.COM
&
SECURE.MUCHOWEB.COM
They run on 216.87.159.194 & 195
I know all about the need to have your DNS servers as far apart as possible
but I am in the process of revamping a server and had to consolidate
temporarily.
Anyhow for this new domain I wanted to create ALiased DNS servers basically.
So I added the two IP's to the box 197 and 198. Then created the NS1. and
NS2. name servers under the domain. After I saw the creation went OK, I went
and changed the dns entries for the domain to the newly created aliased DNS
servers. Hmmm..
So in fact the DNS server software is working and answering Queries but I
think maybe for some reason it's not listening on those two new IP's.. Not
sure how to make it do so.. I guess I will start looking..
Thanks for all your responses once again..
Todd

Hi -
The problem does appear to be with your nameserver.
We will get that web link fixed - apologies about that.
Has anyone else had problems getting through to support on the phones
recently, or is this an isolated incident?
