I can empathize with your plight, however OpenSRS has no control over the
DNS systems surrounding domains. Our part is purely in domain
registrations, and modifications to said domains. Domain in, DNS in.
That's it - all the functional workings of the BIND system once a domain
is registered and has nameservers associated with it is far beyond our
control.

As for your difficulty reaching support, did you get a ticket number when
you sent them an email initially? Support has been busy of late, but I do
not believe they are a week behind.

I apologize for the broken page link - we had created a web based form to
contact support, but unfortunately it was not integrating with our
ticketing system as we expected so we took the page down until we could
get it working correctly (emails would go, but a ticket was not
generated). It appears that the navigation bar has not been updated (this
was done quite recently) so we will get it looked at tomorrow.

I will also report the ringing problem with our system, hours of support
are only 8am to 8pm (EST), however only one support member is present
after a certain time, and if they were already entertaining a call it
could cause your ring through problems.
