Look at some of those headers in your spam:

> X-Mailer: OEM New Domain Name Mailer

I'd complain to The Software Workbench, Inc. (people who own the net block
owning those IPs, do "whois [EMAIL PROTECTED]" for details).
I'd also try and find more info about the "OEM New Domain Name Mailer", if
it is indeed a software product.
In any event, complain to the upstream.

They are legally obligated by ICANN to do this. It's been mentioned dozens
of times over the last week on this list.
