Yes we have...
The contract does not permit us to mention to whom tho. I can say that only
three companies have entered into contract with us. Two of which are top
three registrars and one of which is the world leader in trademark and
copyright services.

There are four different versions there if you are really interested in the
evolution of the contract. v1.1.2 is the most current and 1.1.3 is about to
become current (but wasn't uploaded because I don't have approval on it
yet.)
