Just a (late) note to let you know we are looking at our "charge back" /
"delete name" policies. I expect that details and documentation on the
revised procedures will be available next week. I feel we have been able to
make some changes that you will appreciate. After some investigation, we
found that we did not have a consistent internal understanding of these
policies, so we decided to re-visit the whole thing and set firmer guidelines.
IMHO, the criticism you directed towards us was valid in that our policies
were less "reseller-friendly" and easily "subject to interpretation". I
hope you will find the new policy more to your liking. Note that we will
still have to protect registrants as per the ICANN accreditation agreement
however we will improve the internal understanding and rigidity of our rules.
