If you used a credit card to renew with Network Solutions, dispute the
charge with your credit card company, because you did not receive what you
paid for.  Otherwise, consider the $35 lost, and find comfort in the
knowledge that many before you have lost much more.  NSI registrar's whois
information does not always match actual information in the registry, and
they aren't known for a cheerful refund policy.
