Dear All,

We're currently in the same situation -- Network Solutions has taken back the year
that we paid for right before the transfer a few days ago. We talked to netsol
support and only got their standard diversion from the facts about "no refunds" in the
policy that "you agreed to". We need to chargeback, but were wondering... has anyone
found that netsol didn't accept any further CC payments from them after the chargeback
was done, That would be a problem for us trying to rescue any other domain names that
they are holding hostage.

Also, the focus in this list seems to be how unfair it all is and that netsol is a
just big bully that you can't do much about, but my take on this is that netsol *has*
to be doing something criminal here. From my point of view, we owned something free
and clear (a year of registration) that was wrongfully *taken* from us by netsol. I
believe most courts would call that theft. What legal action might be possible here?
Obviously we're not going to hire a lawyer or travel to their state over a $35
dispute. Is anyone working on a class action suit?
