It seems the time would be better spent making the existing OpenSRS
interfaces able to operate asynchronously (i.e., queue orders, do lookups
from TLD zone file data) when the registrar is unavailable.
That would probably solve the problem that most people seem to think
would be solved by e-mail templates.
