Hi all -
Email template processing has been on the list for a long time, it is one
of the original concepts for OSRS. I would love to hear more about how
much interest there is for this.
I have always found it difficult to endorse comitting resources to this,
as I cringe to think that we would be building an order process that has
much greater limitations than our real-time interfaces.
I do recognize that many organizations still inter-operate this way, I
guess I was just secretly hoping that they would see the immense value in
other transport systems, and have no hesitation to switch.
I have always thought that this would be of most value to orgs that are
not currently processing with us, who have a large existing
email template-based infrastructure, it intrigues me to find out that
existing resellers desire this as well.
