Hello,

I just "discovered" the customization features of the transfer admin 
section and I'm shocked: I can modify all emails EXCEPT for the first one 
that gets sent: the Transfer Request Email. I can customize headers but NOT 
content. How come I can even "preview" the email sent to customers that 
request a transfer, but I cannot change it? It's the single most important 
communication in the chain!

My customers are Spanish and we're having problems all the time because
they don't understand what they have to do and then blame it on us.
I hope you can help.
