Is there any official press release or something somewhere that I can point my customers to?
I've just received a "These names were not renewed and will be deleted today" notice for 2 names that by our accounts were renewed until April 5/2002. Oh.... this has got to be the stupidest move yet on Netsol's part!!!!! Now we look stupid b/c we never sent our customer reminder notices or we look like scammers b/c now we'll try and get another payment out of them. Our customers are under the impression that once the domain is safely at OpenSRS, they have escaped NetSol's clutches for good... never say never. Oh, and were these the names OpenSRS was in contact with the affected resellers for? We've not been contacted. Do I need to contact support to verify which if/any other of our other names are affected? Jo Shea DanjoCReations
