Inferring sense in the registry rules is a mistake!

Actually, there is some logic behind this; the thought being to allow 
registrars protection against charge-backs. It still does not make sense 
though, as this is really the only area the registry rules where 
chargebacks are considered with a 45 day period. I always like to evaluate 
policies based on their results. This policy stinks as it does not end up 
serving it's intended purpose, it instead ends up causing a big mess for 
registrants.
