I'm confused. We paid NetSol BEFORE we transferred to OpenSRS. So NetSol got their payment for the auto-renewal that the registry processed. (I have receipts). I hope that RRP business rules don't intend for the 'losing' registrar to receive BOTH a payment and a registry refund for the same period of service.
Did we all pay NetSol before the transfers to OpenSRS? Or were some past Net Sol's due date and transfered to OpenSRS without any new payment to NetSol?
