They have added an additional stop, in contravention of the registrar agreements, that requires the registrant to also confirm it with them, during the 5 day period that Netsol has to refuse the transfer. Of course, sometimes this email doesn't get sent out till the 4th day....sometimes it doesn't get sent out at all. And it is the end registrant who suffers. It is just one more sleazy practice by a company that we have all learned to despise.
