These requests are processed twice a day, so theoretically it should not be 
more than 12 hours. however, it is possible (some might argue likely) that 
VRSN is very pro-active in it's cancelling and informing the registrant, 
but less aggressive in informing the registry and subsequently us. 
Therefore it could be up to 24 hours.
