We get a a lot denied transfers from netsol. I'm not normally involved in
this side of the business, however I was helping out one night and noticed
netsol have denied a transfer less than 47 hours after it was submitted
for registry approval (which means they can't use the excuse that the
registrant didn't respond to the netsol confirmation within 72 hours).
The domain was not expired (it was still six months before expiration).
The domain e-mail contacts were correct. The domain registrant never
received the netsol confirmation e-mail nor did they receive an
explanation from netsol as to why they denied the transfer.

The message from OpenSRS says to contact the current registrar (netsol) to
find out why they denied the transfer, however as many of you know, netsol
will claim ignorance and not provide any information. In the end, the
hassle of transferring was to great for this registrant and they ended up
renewing at netsol.

This, my friends, is netsol's plan... make it difficult to change and
people will take the path of least resistence. I suspect this exact same
senario occurs many, many times each and every day.
