Oh that's interesting! i didn't realize network solutions would have sent 
one too.  tHanks, I will check with this client, but I would assume that he 
would have approved that one too, as he's quite eager to switch.  His 
email's working fine too (he did get the first email from tucows requesting 
transfer approval).

Meanwhile, can someone let me know when the RWI will show that this 
registrar transfer is rejected so i can quickly submit a new transfer 
request (my original question), it's about 5 hrs now?  tomorrow is a holiday 
for us and it's actually evening here, and i'm hanging around waiting to 
re-submit this guy's transfer request.
