You have either been very lucky, or you do not transfer a lot of domains
away from netsol.  :)

Going by what you state above, He approved the OpenSRS confirmation, but
didn't approve the Netsol confirmation.

Netsol still needs to inform the registry, then the registry informs
OpenSRS...

Why would netsol deny transfers?  Simple, its a last resort option to hold
on to their declining market share.
