You know...I agree with the cost of doing business statement, there are
always costs like bad debt, etc involved, but if you purchase the domain
name (the $10 wholesale cost), and the customer charges back, why put the
domain on hold...why not let the RSP have the domain...after all, its been
paid for?!

What do you mean?  Not ready for what??

If you mean putting domains on hold, they certainly can
do that.  They've done so for me for more than one domain
where the payment was charged back (due to fraudulent use
of a credit card).
