I've looked into this case.  Publicly let me state that each request for
something like this is handled on a case by case basis.  It is our policy
not to delete domains after 48 hours, but we can occasionally place the
domain on hold rendering it ineffective for the registrant.

However, if you are unable to provide proof that the domain is not paid
for (charge back, etc) we cannot act upon the name.

I'm working with Ashish offlist with his specific request.
