The point of this is that there is an ICANN requirement for a legal
entity to be the owner of a domain.  "Tucows marked for deletion" is not
a legal entity and cannot be the "owner" of a domain regardless of what
anyone else does.  Theoretically an UDRP or law suit could be brought in
the period where the domain has this owner.  

Your discussion of "conspiracy" is an attempt to divert attention from
the facts.
