No, but "Tucows" *is* a legal entity, and could not possibly
be confused with anybody else.  The fact that there's additional
information in the record does not diminish the fact that it's
clearly labelled as a "Tucows" domain.

Arguing otherwise is simply pedantic tomfoolery.

The point of this is that there is an ICANN requirement for a legal
entity to be the owner of a domain.  "Tucows marked for deletion" is not
a legal entity and cannot be the "owner" of a domain regardless of what
anyone else does.  Theoretically an UDRP or law suit could be brought in
the period where the domain has this owner.  

Your discussion of "conspiracy" is an attempt to divert attention from
the facts.
