A product such as those mentioned, when the OpenSRS dropped names are returned to the Registry pool for open competition would not be a problem.
But any arrangement that bypasses returning the domains to the registry pool and allows non-competitive registration of the dropped domain name would be a potential problem. As well as a publicity nightmare when it gets out.
