"Not easy" is an understatement.  We have two or three transfers fail every
day because of NetSol's games.  In some cases, it will take three attempts
before they approve the transfer.  If the customer calls NetSol and tells
them they haven't received the verication e-mail yet, NetSol will say "We
sent it already, and we can't resend it". Then they have to wait for the
transfer to fail to resubmit, providing the domains not expired yet.

Yeah, I got an email from a customer who's transfer was
declined, despite the fact that he had responded promptly
to all of the authorization requests.  It's still not easy
to get to the message you showed below...

I see that Netsol/Verisign have reworded their transfer confirmation
messages when saying goodbye to a customer.

It's interesting to see a small company, personable attitude, from such a
large conglomerate like Verisign!

..of course they are just words though. Actually showing a personable
attitude through actions is much more difficult.
