"Not easy" is an understatement. We have two or three transfers fail every day because of NetSol's games. In some cases, it will take three attempts before they approve the transfer. If the customer calls NetSol and tells them they haven't received the verication e-mail yet, NetSol will say "We sent it already, and we can't resend it". Then they have to wait for the transfer to fail to resubmit, providing the domains not expired yet.
