Well, as much as many people can't stand big corps. for a lot of good
reasons,...
at the end of th day, these corps are made up of people that may or may not
be like you and me.  breathe, eat, love, hate, etc.
The person who wrote the goodbye message may have been sincere or not.
i dunno.
