You create the nameserver host at the registrar of record for the domain that the name server host will be based on. For example, if you want to create the name server host ns1.example.com and OpenSRS is the registrar of record for example.com, you have to create the name server host at OpenSRS. Trying to create it at Network Solutions will result in an error. To create the name server host, log in to the manage interface, go to the name server section and select to create a name server based on this domain name.
