Nova, and they are a US based company, and According to US Law that Congress
passed,
an electronic signature is just as binding as a physical signature.

You just have to know what to say in your response to it, and I provide a
whole lot pages in my response,
to support my side of it! They always reverse it and tell me that the
customer may appeal the denial, and
therefore re-issue a chargeback. But none ever have tried it again. Probably
because it's a legitimate claim,
so they think they just can't get away with it, I'm sure if it was really a
Stolen card, which it would have to be
since I have the CVC number too, then they would not quite after own failed
attempt. I would not give up if
it was truly fraudulent!
