And yes, I am aware that companies are not supposed to store that information. I have little faith in companies in general. More importantly, I don't trust the gas guy to not write the number down off the card when he makes a "personal" copy of my card number, and the gas station here has my address and whatnot on file... So does Radio Shack, and a number of other companies with minimum wage employees. That being said, I use my credit card everywhere, I have never had a problem with unauthorized charges. -- The nice thing about standards, there is enough for everyone to have their own.
