Yeah, your Merchant Account provider, is always on your side, if you can
show the slightest bit of evidence they are willing to
reverse the judgment. At least my Bank that I use for my merchant account
is, they are actually very helpful, and always eager
to get my chargeback reversed. And I'm not just saying that because we
package their merchant accounts with some of our hosting
packages either! Of all the times I've had chargebacks, and/or had to call
them for any kind of problem, they have all been VERY
helpful, and kind.
