Exactly, it's a lot more effort for us, the resellers to deal with .ca's. Even OpenSRS has stated that's the reason for the price increase on the .ca pricing. Honestly if it was any other ccTLD, I just wouldn't support it. But being a Canadian, and proud to be so, I want to offer .ca's, and so will make the extra effort. But if it does become more effort than I'm willing to sacrifice, I will drop support for it, (or rather not finish adding it since I'm still in the dev stage).
