I don't know about your customers, but none of ours even know that you can
go to OpenSRS or anywhere else!  We want then and EVERYONE 110% transparent
and that is why we strive to ALWAYS have our site up. We even have a
service, that if it does go down, will pages us and tell us.   I don't see
the manage interface being a problem not being around.    Do you tend to
have a lot of problems keeping you manage interface up?? If not, I think you
will find that this case that you are trying to present is very mute....
