Actually, I'm not an RSP myself, although I do work for one, and like all
ISPs, we have the occasional outage, although it's few and far between.

As a customer, I've dealt with one RSP that went under, another that
disappeared for two weeks then finally came back and has been good since.
As a general rule, OpenSRS' management interface is faster though.  If the
RSP had disabled the management interface, I'd have been most upset.
