FWIW (and as a followup to my previous email) I just tried to get phuck.ca, which according to CIRA was available for today's TBR window.
I got the domain name on the second try (the first time the interface told me that today's TBR window wouldn't be opened for 1 minute and 7 seconds) Please ensure that you're following the correct process.
