I don't really think so, but it could happen if someone does not know whats
going on.
This message was from Netsol REGISTRAR. It looks like they have problems
sorting out former race code domains and puny code domains.
On December 15 all race code domains has been transformed to puny code.
you may look at your own premium domain name http://www.�.com (
http://www.xn--eba.com in puny code ) ( http://www.bq--actq.com in race
code ). It is forwarded to xn--eba.com. Yes Marc Scheiders is king of
Multilibgual Domain names. :-)
You should simpley enter xn--eba.com in your nameservers instead of
bq--actq.mltbd.com and your �.com Domain will work again.

see www.ausw�rtiges-amt.com for example.

I already asked Netsol to clarify.
