However, and this may be the difference, the text of those letters is considerably different than it was a year ago. I suppose they have now done the minimum necessary to comply with whatever guidelines/rulings.
It certainly looks less like an invoice and more like a plain old junk mail.

Dunno, but I can tell you that I had a client call me *TODAY* with a DRoA mailing in hand, wanting to know if it was important for him to respond to it. Sounds to me like they're still doing it...
I agree, I got words for several domains in the last few days/weeks...
