She appears to take a more moderate criticism of the project than Siva by
criticizing Google's license and competitive advantage over orphaned works.

"While issues inherent in our current system of copyright law, including
orphaned works, will continue to impede access, none of these problems is
increased by the settlement.", which is something I agree with.
