Yes you are. All data regarding feedback is data you must pay  
attention to as a designer. If enough people are complaining about  
your aesthetics while disregarding the stuff you want feedback on,  
then you obviously have a higher level problem that might need to be  
solved as well.

Again, all feedback is useful feedback. Whether you *do* anything  
about it or not is an  entirely different matter.

It's interesting. All the things you are claiming are useless pieces  
of feedback are exactly the kinds of things I like to get feedback on  
in conjunction with everything else I need feedback on.
